Our residency was founded in 2014 to train family medicine residents in a team based model to care for the diverse patient population living in and around the rural community of Hilo. Our goal is for our residents and other learners to learn and practice medicine in a supportive environment such that they can envision staying in Hawaii to practice once they graduate. We would love to welcome you to the residency ‘Ohana!
